IV solutions cannot be returned. 50% Deposit for service is due at scheduling, The remainder of balance can be paid at the time of the service.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
There is no way to exchange a service unless the service has not been rendered yet.
Services provided are not available for refund. If IV access is unable to be obtained, the client may drink water and attempt to increase accessibility. After 3 failed attempts at obtaining IV access, the provider may deem the client inappropriate for treatment, in the event of this occurring the client will not be refunded deposit for services and time rendered.
If the client appears excessively intoxicated, under the age of 18, pregnant, or critically ill they will not be appropriate for IV hydration services.
